Office Manager
LeAnne is the General Operations Manager of Coral West Dental, where she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Since she joined the office in 2012, she maintains Employee Performance, communicates the practice philosophy through systems, problem solving, communication and strives to bring out the best in the entire staff. LeAnne enjoys attending continuing education and always looking for ways to grow herself and the practice. She is a current member of AADOM (American Academy of Dental Office Managers). She received her Fellowship from the academy in Orlando Florida in July 2019. Patient advocacy has been a passion and a challenge that has always lined up with her overall enjoyment of people. Building personal relationships, working through treatment concerns and creating financial plans has inspired her desire to grow in all of those skills as much as she can. Becoming a part of Coral West Dental has added more opportunity for furthering her education and use of these tools than any career or office that she's had the pleasure of being a part of. Other than loving the environment of our home like office, our patients are top-notch, our training is continuous and Dr. Rubel’s desire for his team to succeed in their goals is always so gratifying. When not at the office LeAnne spends her time with her husband Andy and their two kids Aaron and Bailey who keep her on her toes.
